Vinification

Harvested exclusively by hand. Immediate pressing at low pressure with pneumatic press. Cold clarification and temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 

Traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle which allows the foam to take. Our Crémant will rest for more than a year and a half on the laths in the cellar. 

Tasting

This sparkling wine, made from Chardonnay, Chenin and Pinot Noir grapes, offers a multitude of fine bubbles that awaken the palate! This sparkling wine can be served from the aperitif to the dessert.
