Vinification

This blanquette de Limoux method ancestral fruity organic is harvested exclusively by hand with grapes in almost over-ripeness. The grape variety is 100 % Mauzac, known for its acidity and its aromatic neutrality.
The bottling is done during the moon of March with the wind of cers for a natural taking of foam and without addition of sugar! 

Tasting

A fruity Blanquette that can be shared during convivial moments as an aperitif or with dessert. It offers a sparkling wine with a fine character and great freshness.
