Our red wine 100% Pinot Noir

Vinification 
The grapes are harvested from selected plots. Our grapes are destemmed and sorted when they are picked up from the vineyard. 
The cold maceration is followed by a traditional fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. 

Tasting 
Our land of Pomy is located on the border of the watershed, between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean. This natural border between two seas brings to our Pinot Noir aromas of cherry, raspberry and blackberry. Our wine goes well with white meats and poultry, some cheeses and even fish.
Its balanced palate, with light tannins, offers a fresh impression on the finish.
