Vinification

Harvested on well exposed plots, the grapes are destemmed and sorted when picked up from the vineyard. Aged on fine lees for 9 months.
The cold maceration is followed by a traditional fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

An organic wine 100% Mauzac, typical grape variety of the region, which is worth the detour.

Tasting

This wine, with its subtle citrus notes, offers a beautiful aromatic density that will go perfectly with shellfish or cheese.

It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a meal.
