Vinification

Harvesting on selected plots. The grapes are de-stemmed and sorted when they are picked up from the vineyard. With a pre-fermentation cold maceration followed by a traditional fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. 

Tasting 

Very pleasant to the palate, this organic red wine offers us delicate notes of red fruits. This wine can be enjoyed throughout the meal. Its light tannins and roasted aromas make it perfectly balanced.
