A family vineyard in integrated and organic agriculture

From the maintenance of the vines to the fermentation and the harvest, we favour quality over quantity in the production of our AOC Limoux wines.
Our vineyard is composed of 80 hectares of land that is cultivated using sustainable and organic farming methods, with respect for the plants and the soil. The Capdepon vineyard has been renowned for its wines and its blanquette de Limoux for many years and we are happy to continue to carry this precious heritage.
