Our intense and fruity rosé 

Vinification 
Harvesting on selected plots. Immediate pressing at low pressure with pneumatic press. Clarification by cold to then give way to fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. 

Tasting 
Made from Merlot and Syrah grapes, this wine is a pale pink color with salmon hues. It has an intense and delicious nose with fresh red fruit scents such as redcurrant, strawberry and delicate honeysuckle notes... a lively lemony touch to round off its aromatic notes. Its mouth is a pleasure, a greediness with a lot of fullness and a nice balance.
