Elixir d'Automne - Vendanges tardives

Sweet wine, 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

Vinification 
The over-ripe grapes on the stumps are harvested by hand in several passages. Harvested during a late harvest, at the end of November before the first frosts. This sweet wine is then vinified in the family tradition.

Tasting 
With a nice sunny yellow color, this greedy wine offers scents of honey and caramelized apples.
The volume in the mouth is of a nice size and reveals light vanilla aromas. 
It will perfectly match with foie gras toasts, gingerbread or a fruit pie.
